Booking Policy
Requesting a session
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or time. After we confirm availability and your session requirements, full payment (100% of the studio session price) is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when payment has been received and Levett Media Group sends written confirmation.
Custom productions, live masterclasses and projects with additional services may use a separate payment schedule stated in your written quote. Any approved editing, clips, microphone upgrades or other add-ons are quoted separately. Call 470-907-5088 with questions.
Studio session details
All studio reservations have a two-hour minimum. Signature Session: $250 for 2 hours. Creator Half-Day: $450 for 4 hours. Content Day: $600 for 6 hours. Custom Production is quoted individually, with a two-hour studio minimum.
Setup, recording and wrap-up take place within reserved time. Audio + video recording is included. Editing and social clips are quoted separately.
The Shure SM7dB microphone upgrade is available at an additional rate, quoted on inquiry. Confirm your preferred setup with us before your session.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Studio payments reserve your scheduled time and are non-refundable. If your plans change, contact Levett Media Group at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may transfer your payment to one rescheduled session, subject to studio availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the session, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Call 470-907-5088 to request a change. A replacement date is reserved only after Levett Media Group confirms it in writing. If we must cancel your session, you may choose a reschedule or a refund of the studio payment for the affected session.
Please arrive ready for your reserved start time. Setup, recording and wrap-up are included within your reservation. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled end time.
